OBJECTIVE
Conduct check in and check out process with efficient
manner. Fulfill every demands and needs
of the guest with the highest
standard of service.
DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To report for duty punctually, wearing the
proper hotel uniform and name badge at all
the time.
2. Attend and involve in departmental meetings
and shift briefing.
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and work equipments.
4. Conduct check in and check out process with
efficient manner
5. Able to make
recommendations of facilities and services
requested by the guest
6. Fulfilled guest needs and follow up with any requests.
7. Recognize Hptel
members and frequent stays, as well as familiar with the hotel programs
8. Prepared for next day arrival and departure.
9. Handle complaints
and ensure of guest satisfaction at all time, as well as communicate it with
Asst. Mgr.
10. Make guest room reservations with utilizing up-sell
for the revenue maximize.
12. Manage room moves whenever necessary with the assistance of Bellboy
13. Handling cash
transactions including cash floats and foreign
exchange.
14. Assume other duties assigned by Front
office supervisor
15. To develop
and maintain a high level of communication with all departments and promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to all guests, superior and fellow team
member.
16. Responsible for working tools always available for
operational and maintain working area clean and tidy.
17. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
18. In delivering services always in line with the Brand Standard and Operating Philosophy.
